She stressed not to dot here & there but to put all over my face 2 x day for 4 weeks. I called within 24 hrs of using the creme 1 X as I thought it was quite a severe reaction for only using it once. (they don't accept pictures) but very abruptly told me I had to decide if I was going to use this or not, I could not start & stop & she needed let the Dr. know. After I thought about it my face was already unpresentable to the public so I used it 1 x day for 7 days. I called the office first thing Monday a.m. to let them know I was stopping the flourouracil creme. It is too painful& could not do it anymore. So, all I asked was to ask the Dr. what I could use on my face to get it back to somewhat normal. I had not been able to wash my face & only used vaseline. At 3:00 that afternoon had still not heard from the office so called again. The nurse I spoke to could not find my chart & said it was probably on the Dr.s desk but assured me someone would call me back. I did finally receive a call after hours which appeared to be coming from a call center (a script). She had no clue why she was calling me & asked if I had another appt. set up & said yes in March. She said "oh well you can continue using the creme & when it get unbearable take a break then keep following that protocol until your appt. in March"! Then you will have completed your 2 x daily 4 week treatment. Really! A call center giving medical advice that conflicted the paperwork I had initially been given from Dr. Beaudry?? I never did receive a call back from Central Illinois Dermatology office at all!! No follow up or asking me to come in the office. It was a horrible unnecessary experience that also kept me housebound for almost a month!

In addition, my list of prescriptions on their patient portal shows me taking a drug I have never taken in my life. PLEASE try to find another provider.

The girls at the front desk just weren't very personable or friendly. When I checked out, the music was loud, the blond girl was more interested in eating and singing than helping me.
