Upon inspection, he had left all of the bush stubs up to 6" long sticking up out of the ground, knowing full well this was for our pets. When we asked him to finish the job, he wanted an additional $400.00...I messaged him that I believed that he knew what was required and wanted the job to be completed at the agreed on price. I got NO reply. I would never hired him at $1000.00 for this small area. I would not recommend him to anyone. Bad quality work!

A hopeful beginning turned to quick miscommunication and unprofessionalism…read more We were very excited in the beginning with what seemed to be a clear vision of things that we wanted. After the first attempt of saying wait... no... that's not it at all, the team was accommodating and helped get us closer to what we wanted. But this unfortunately continued the entire project. Once we finally got through to them, it was more and more money for upgrades. We understood. But for the astronomical price we paid, the execution was sloppy at best. Stacking cobblestones and using glue to create a makeshift raised flower bed where the stones are still not fixed down. A flagstone patio that would be great, except the sand/mold they used to set the stones is cracking and chipping off. On top of that, it is starting to sink in and create a low spot that collects water. The team did a poor job of cleaning up and just swept the sand material off the retaining wall where it dried like glue on the wall and in our grass. The retaining wall they built is great... but it's about 2 feet further away from the fence than what we wanted and created a major drainage issue that we wound up having to have another company fix because of our lack of trust in Ground Xperts. We asked to have a conversation with the owner, because we have had several issues with the tech that was dealing with us, but this conversation went nowhere and we were dismissed and asked to pay for the services that were completed. They did the work... but did not offer to fix the issues, and have continued ignoring our requests to rectify the issues since making our payment. They did the work... but it was a sloppy execution for something so expensive. I would tell anyone considering this company to RUN the other way.
