My dealings with Mil Spec Landscaping...They were not honest in any way shape or form. They were…read moreto take care of the yard at my rental house in Crestview. We agreed they would do yard maintenance 2 times a month for a set price. They ended up only showing up an average of once every 3 weeks. I constantly had to call them to go do lawn service because the tenant were always up set at the high grass, which attracted many bugs. Due to their indolence and their 3 week interval to do my rental yard, my rental management had to hire another landscaper to do the lawn so tenants could have a nice yard for a fourth of July party. That cost $90...I asked Mil Spec Landscaping for a refund (as I paid them in full for the month of June which they only cut the grass once for that month) and I have not heard a thing back from them. Needless to say they were fired and they if they were an honest company, they would refund me some money...I am not holding my breath.
