THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I sucked it up since 2013 because the prices were…read moreright however, recently they made a mistake on my policy and the wrong car is insured. I've paid insurance on a car I don't own for 4 months. There was more than one opportunity to fix this by taking steps like returning a phone call, or providing the needed documentation for my car, that would have resolved this. I didn't find out about the error until I went to have the information submitted to the people who hold my car note. Their solution is that I need to suck up the loss on the one car all together. No refund on that car, no offer of a discount for THEIR error and lack of action. I was told to call the company that holds the policy -- So instead of the company that made the error attempting to correct it, I was expected to take MORE of my personal time out to try and fix their mistake. It is UNBELIEVABLE that they would make their mistake my problem. And **RUDE** the girl I spoke with told me "It's just common sense if you think about it..." Like *I* am a licensed insurance agent and know what they know Isn't it just common sense to return a phone call?!? Or provide documentation at the time you take payment?
