They were incredibly disorganized and had spelling errors all over legal documents. I had to reach out to the head honcho for help several times because the woman we were dealing with (Taylor Melvin) simply didnt have her stuff together. She was behind in sending things out and then charged me $50 for overnight delivery because she got to UPS too late in the day. Because of her ongoing errors, our dates continued to get pushed back. Our bank would not accept the errors this woman kept producing. This ended up costing me about 4k because my closing date was pushed FOUR times. I moved out of the house and it was pushed 3 additional times. We sold our house within 13 days, incredible right? It was sold the second week of October and we couldnt close - due to this persons inability to do her job - until JANUARY. I feel terrible for the buyers!
