They told my wife she had a 12:00 appointment and there were calling her at 1145 and had changed it on her and never said anything. After booking child care and making arrangements for our kids they canceled it when she was a few minutes down the road. Dr k took over the place and it's not running as smooth it's time for to have a little chat with front desk help because they were rude today.

A year later and a different dentist tells me there are no cracks and no reason to have redone my fillings. Waiting area and rooms are very nice. Receptionist was extremely nice. Dr. Metz also cleaned my teeth extremely well and even smoothed out a few of my teeth from when I had braces years ago, which was great. However, DON'T let the surface of the place fool you. I was given an unnecessary procedure that ruined my teeth, he spoke to me unprofessionally, and tried to coax me into spending more money by saying things like oh you're getting married soon, you don't want your wedding pictures to have yellow teeth, you should get whitening. And you should get braces, you don't want to have crooked teeth on your wedding day do you? Unprofessional but not permanent. Now this is how he ruined my teeth.... I was told that I had several cavities on both sides of my mouth that needed to be redone. I felt hesitant because I did feel any pain but trusting him I said ok. Tried to convince me to do all 6 or 7 teeth on both sides at the same time. I never heard of that because how am I supposed to eat, drink, or talk for the several hours after the procedure? My entire face would have been numb. So we did one side. I was told that those teeth might have been sensitive or a few days for hot or cold. After a week I went back and asked them to be looked at because they were still no better. A different person told me that I should use a certain tooth paste after after about a day it should be better. A month after my procedure it was still sensitive. I was supposed to come in to get my other side done so I called to cancel since one side was still hurting, I wasn't about to go back and have the other side done with the first still like that. The receptionist told me she would tell him and to come in for him to take a look at it anyway and wouldn't have to have the other side done if I didn't want to. I went back to Dr. Metz and told him about it. He filed those teeth down as far as he was comfortable and was like ok that should help and wanted to refill the second side. When I told him I didn't want to until the first teeth were fine he seemed upset. He told me "oh so now you don't wanna do the left side? After I've already laid out my tools and equipment for you?" "I actually told the receptionist I didn't but said that I ought to come in anyway for you to just look at it" "so this was a waste of my time I guess. I now have to clean this all up because you said we were gonna do this today" and then he huffed out. Over a year later, and I am STILL using sensitive toothpaste. A different dentist even told me he shaved so much off my back teeth that it's starting to get close to the root. He reacted unprofessionally to my requests, did a procedure that was unnecessary and then fecked up my teeth. DO NOT go to this dentist. DO NOT say yes to a procedure he recommends.

From the start, Dr. Sarah was confident, calm, and reassuring. She took incredible time and care with my temporaries--they were secure, comfortable, and shaped beautifully, which immediately put me at ease. For the first time, I wasn't worried they would fall out. When it came time for the permanent veneers, we were unsure about the color at first, but Dr. Sarah said to try them in and reassured me we could redo them if needed. She was right--they were a perfect match. She even scheduled a follow-up to make sure I was completely happy. Dr. Sarah and her assistant were patient, meticulous, and truly passionate about their work. After years of stress over this process, I finally feel at ease knowing my smile is in expert hands, and I'm so grateful I found Brielle Dentistry.

I went there for an emergency root canal, which went well, although I had to wait in the chair doing nothing for 45 minutes, before they finally started working on me, consequently making me late for work. Everyone was very nice and apologetic, but that was a bad first impression for me. They pushed the comprehensive dental exam for a later date, which I did get. They found many many issues with my teeth and gums, which really surprised me, as I practice excellent oral hygiene every day. Long story short - I moved to another state not long after this and found a dentist here, who did the exact same exam - all the bite-wing and panoramic x-rays, photos, physical exam, etc., and found only a tiny fraction of what Brielle "found." For example - Brielle told me I needed to get 2 back teeth extracted. I knew of one tooth, given what was going on, but the other tooth they wanted to extract turned out to be perfectly healthy and fine, with absolutely no need to extract, per my current dentist. Brielle also pointed out other work I needed to get done - another example: deep scaling - while the dentist I go to now found no issues whatsoever with my gums. And there were others. Needless to say, I would never to back to them.
