She kept repeating ma'am you have been dropped over and over again and would not let me get a word in so I kept on repeating "ma'am" so she would listen and stop talking. Instead she hung up on me. However, my husband spoke to Will at this agency who assured us that he can get us a policy through a partner. We paid over $ 1000 for condo and hurricane coverage, only to find out that our policy had been cancelled and a partial refund was issued. We currently live in NJ and have only been to Florida since we closed 3 times. The ageny was instructed to contact us via phone or our home address in NJ. When my husband spoke to Robbie directly, he said they tried to contact us through mail in Florida only and email which was never received. We found out on a trip down to find the refund check in the mailbox with no explanation. They show no sense of urgency nor any responsibility for the lack of communication and our loyalty to Allstate.
