initially found Mancuso Photography on Yelp. We had contacted 2 or 3 other photographers that just didn't feel connected and/or what we were looking for overall. Joseph and Mary are two genuine people that truly care about their trade and treat your event as if it was their own. Their overall attention to detail was exact, the ease of dealing with Joe and Mary was seamless, and of course their quality of work was far beyond what my wife or I could have asked or wished for. As well and this should be noted, dealing with Joe and Mary was precise and punctual, our 2 or 3 appointments were exactly on time and very well organized, when they said they'd be at my house to shoot at 3pm they were at our door at 2:55 ready to go, they gave us a full, true ten hours of quality service from start to finish. As well everything was on time as promised and the proofs look amazing and a nice disc with all the High Res proofs as well (no watermarks)!!! Overall genuine hard working people who strive to give you the best possible experience on your wedding day making what can be a stressful time as seamless as possible. Highly recommend their services! read more

I could not be happier with Joe & Mary. They were an absolute blast to work with and the pictures all came out amazing. They were referred to us and I am so happy that we decided to go with them. Your wedding day has so many little things that can pop up at any given moment, But at least to know you are going to walk away with top notch photos is such a relief. I like Joe because is a constant professional, and he makes sure that you are getting all of the shots he needs. Things are moving so fast and so hectic that you might forget to get certain shots, But Joe will make sure you get those shots. He knows the exact lighting that each shot needs to be taken with and when you get your photos back you will notice a difference from other wedding photos you have looked at. I wish I knew someone who was getting married so I could recommend him. This review is the absolute least I can do for him and his business. I wish him nothing but everlasting sucess and I am happy that he is making sure that people every weekend are getting the aboslute best money can buy. Thanks again Joe. I really appreciate you hard work. It did not go un-noticed to all of my guests and wedding party. I had two people say to me they wish they were getting married soon so they could use Joe because the person they used did a so-so job. It is your wedding day, dont skimp out and try to find someone who just purchased a camera at Costco and got some business cards made up. read more

Since getting married I am constantly bragging about how beautiful my pictures are and showing them to everyone. Joesph Mancuso Photographers are fabulous at their job. Their professionalism, experience and genuine passion for their work shined through the whole time. They made the process a pleasurable one. Their prices are very reasonable and they were willing to accommodate my short notice. The hardest part is trying to choose a few out of the many beautiful options to frame and hang up. I received prints, enlargements and a CD and the quality is superb for all of them. I highly recommend them to all. read more

We're so happy that we selected Joseph and Mary to be our wedding photographers. We never met Joseph and Mary before our wedding and were very impressed by how professional they were. They truly went out of their way to ensure that they captured all of our memories, and we were so happy with the large selection of photos that we received after the wedding. There was a winter storm during my wedding, and we were surprised that they were not only on time, but they went out of their way to drive to a nice location to capture photos of my husband and I while we all stood outdoors in the freezing snow. They are amazing photographers and I would be more than happy to work with them again on any other occasion. read more

I found Joe by accident when I googled for affordable photography for my daughters Bat Mitzvah on September 20, 2014. . I spoke to two others that I had found but I was a little leary. When I spoke to Joe I knew immediately that he was going to be the one. Upon meeting him he and Mary made me feel right at home walking me through every detail, showing me their amazing work. I gave a deposit right away and left there feeling confident that I had found the most awesome photographer. The night of my party Joe and Mary took charge and captured the most beautiful pictures of my daughter, my family and my party. They blended right in and are such a pleasure to work with. Nothing is a problem, they are amazing people and everyone from the guests to the catering hall commented on what amazing photographers Joe and Mary were. I have already gotten calls for Joe's number. As for my pictures, well what could I say BETTER THAN AMAZING!! One is more gorgeous than the other! This is definately going to be a tough choice. Thank you Joe and Mary for being the best! read more

There are many different types of photographers to choose from. Joe will capture sporadic shots but you will not receive any extraordinary edits as you would with some other photographers. Joe came recommended by our wedding hall so we decides to call him. He met us, showed us these fantastic shots and have a really great price. He offered to take photos at both groom and brides house. The day before he called to confirm locations and where we were taking pictures. He said he was only going to my wife's house and not mine. After reminding him of his first agreement, joe did stick to his word. Than the day of the wedding we went to take pictures at the fort, during fleet week. Unfortunately Joe didn't have a permit so we could not go there. Not to mention it was fleet week so he did not do his homework. He took us to some park next to the fort and had my wife and us walking through a muddy field to get a "great shot". It was so bad that our videographer felt bad and carried my wife because her dress was getting ruined. A few weeks post wedding Joe brings the proof and we ordered our album and folio. Joe tells us 8-12 weeks. After 15 weeks I did not hear from Joe, so I reached out. He told me there was a problem with our folio and his studio was destroyed in hurricane sandy. I am extremely sympathetic and he requests I change two pictures for the folio. Few weeks later I send an email with the requested information. I asked Joe if he ws ever going to call us to notify us of the error or delay and he had nothing to say except sorry. He charged us an extra $40 for 4 5x7s.The album did come out beautiful. My sister got married a month after us and used a different photographer and it is a totally different style of photographers to compare. If you are looking for a photographer who will have special effects and a glass cover album, than it is not joe. Joe is traditional and will capture the moment with out alterations. read more
