Hilarious. The…read morebooth was one of the highlights of the wedding. Even my older relatives got into it! Tim and his team were seamless. The photo booth is spacious (nothing like those little ones at the bowling alley), fitting up to 6 or 8 people standing up comfortably. It was super easy for guests to use, with goofy props, and the background can match most wedding colors. Just got a great print album and usb stick of all the photos in the mail- almost 400 pics. WOW, just, WOW is all can say about White Tie Photo Booths! I was first introduced to this business…read morewhen my company hired them to do a photo booth at our company Christmas party in December 2018. The Gentleman guiding you through taking your photos was so kind and professional. I loved the quality of the photos I got to take home and thought they were so fun. I then got the idea to hire them for my daughter's high school graduation party for May 2019. I contacted White Tie Photo Booths in January as well as a few other photo booth companies to get pricing and Vince from White Tie Photo Booths was the first to respond and did so, so promptly. He immediately provided me with all the information I needed, including pricing and samples, amd was so patient with me! Once I locked in a date and paid my deposit I gave him my ideas for the card design and he turned it right around and provided me with a proof as well as some other options. Vince was so helpful and most of all extremely professional and patient. I loved the immediate responses to my emailed questions. When it came party day, Vince informed me of the name of the person I was to be expecting and reminded me of the time they would be coming to set up. We had Melissa as our photo guide. She arrived an hour and a half prior to the party start time and did her set up. After doing so she even offered to move her station to a different wall so I could see what it looked like in another location. We did that and even ended up moving back to it's original location, but all while doing this she had such a great, happy, positive attitude and was clearly all about making sure the customer was happy. Melissa did a few practice photos to show me what they were going to look like and she adjusted the quality and distance until it was perfect! I had purchased all the props I wanted to use and informed White Tie Photo Booths to not even bother bringing any becasue I had so many, but Melissa still brought some just incase I changed my mind, which I thought was very nice. We ended up using all of my own props, but yet I still found Melissa fixing and organizing all my props throughout the night even though I felt they weren't responsible for my belongings! Melissa kept that area very tidy and the guests had so much with her. You could tell that she loves what she does. When large groups would take photos Melissa would offer to print more strips out so everyone in the group would have one to take home! I was terrible about being delayed and having the worst face by the time it took the photo lol, Melissa was so great and offered to delete them and we'd start over becasue I didn't like my face! As the party got busier there were several guests that had their children there and they were very interested in the photo booth and getting their pictures taken, some, over and over lol. Melissa treated each child with professionalism and gave them the same treatment as she did the adults. She was EXTREMELY patient, fun, and kind even to the little ones that would go up unattended!!!! I can not tell you how pleased I am with this company and it's all around service. The photos were crystal clear and the quality of the photos were unbelievable! I couldn't be happier with the customer service, photo quality, communication, and overall experience I received.
