The cooling unit was brand new put in the house January of 2025, I purchased the house in May 2025 and the air conditioner malfunctioned in June. Jane nor the company S & B owner Shaun guarantee their work. I endured 110 degree weather trying to get them to fix the unit. Both denied responsibility and repair of the air conditioner unit. The house was listed as brand new construction, so it is expected that the unit would work and we are out of $2000.00 which should have been the responsibility of the seller, who claims that she does not have a written contract with S&B, she just pays the fee requested by his company to install the HVAC unit. And she is listed as a #1 realtor. I would never recommend anyone who does not stand by their product! Beware of what her contract implies prior to signing the contract agreement.
