I was with Woburn Family Dental for four years and really loved them at first. The dentist, Dr…read more Saroha, was amazing and went out of her way to deliver friendly, pain-free, tooth-sparing dentistry. I even recommended them to my parents who both signed up. Then weird things started happening. I got billed for work that wasn't performed, they tried to charge me for x-rays clearly covered by my insurance, doubled-down and said I owed them money when I insisted it was covered, and then claimed "they deal with so many insurance plans they can't keep all of them straight" when I finally pulled up the plan myself and showed them. My parents got hit with "lab fees" that their insurance company said should have never been charged under their contract with the dentist. Lots of other "billing errors" that. Once is a mistake, but something was off basically every visit. Oh! And you get a "billing fee" every time their office screws up, which is fun. If I were a conspiracist, I might say that the office is struggling and they're trying to sneak in extras that patients are unlikely to notice. However, it can also be explained by a few bad hiring choices for office administrators. When I left the practice, I called to get a copy of my x-rays for the new dentist. The office assistant sent a collection of THUMBNAILS of the x-rays. Like, tiny grainy pictures for the new dentist. They got angry and insisted that they couldn't get me any other format, and that the files were just really small when exported and that they had never had an issue with it before. After some heated back and forth, the office assistant described the menu she was seeing in the software, I suggested things she could try to export them, she finally exported the images individually as high-resolution jpgs and sent them to me. Seriously, they hired morons. My family and I have left the practice.

Her work on a crown was very meticulous and she crafted an excellent piece of work which improved my smile significantly. Her assistant Marlina is one of the most skilled dental assistants I have met. Her pleasant demeanor and attentive preparation of all phases had a very soothing effect. Margaret the hygienist prepared me for the thorough assessment of my teeth and offered a careful and gentle cleaning. All in all, I highly recommend the Woburn Family Dental

From the moment…read moreI walked in, the entire staff--from the friendly front desk to the caring clinical team--made my experience truly exceptional. Dr. Hasan, Hilda, Tien, and everyone else I interacted with were professional, compassionate, and genuinely focused on making me feel comfortable and at ease. I originally went in to have a partial repaired that was made at another dental office. Not only were they able to repair it the very same day, but they also took the time to listen to my concerns about other issues I was having and how unhappy I had been with my smile. What happened next was nothing short of amazing. The team helped me transform my smile--and the result honestly brought me to tears of joy. I could not be happier. To make things even better, Aspen Dental charged a fraction of what my previous dentist charged for just one partial, yet I received two partials and incredible care. The quality, compassion, and value I experienced here are truly unmatched. I have officially found my forever dentist. Thank you to the entire team at Aspen Dental Woburn for giving me a smile I'm proud of and an experience I will never forget!

The earlies they open is 8:00 am and they close at 5:00pm, except Friday. They close @ 1:00 on Fridays and it takes an act of GOD to get a Saturday appointment and once you get it they call you to reschedule. You would think havbig "dry socket" after they pulled a tooth would warrant an emergency appointment, it didn't. I suffered for 8 days. Could barely open my mouth and was advised to take some Tylenol. Google said I should gently stretch my mouth or it could lead to permanent problems. I have also had them use Benzocaine on me to numb my gums. my chart clearly states I am severely allergic to this. I ended up having to be rushed to the emergency room at 5:00 am because of this. If I had swallowed any of it, my throat would have swollen and blocked my airway. I could have been killed. Got a huge bill that Aspen won't compensate me for. I still have to remind them to NOT use this gel on me. The worst part, is that there are other instances of poor customer service & excessive billing. Far too many to list here. I think I have given them enough chances, time to find a new dentis.

I called up practically begging g for help with implants. The secretary not a medical professional gave me the third degree. Wang never called me back After a week went by I called again thinking it might be an oversight. I talked to a different secretary who promised Wang would call me back very soon. Again no call back from Wang Dr Wang like many dentists today seem to be more interested in dental practice strategies like sendng birth greetings to get you to come back and "money getting" vs. helping patients in dire need. (BTW I did alot of Dental work with Dr Wang before and paid all my bills on time. I would go there with my son who is half Chinese) I didnt want to write a negative review so I decided to call the office one more time. There was no answer on Friday (she only works 4 days a week) so I called the Dental Emergency Number. There was no answer and the voice mail said, this machine is no longer taking messages. So good luck if you have an emergency. Apparently Dr Wang has gotten too arrogant, to fat, too rich and too happy to return patient calls I want to say that I believe that Dr. Wang's behavior, makes all dentists lose face

For years I haven't had cavities and then when my insurance switched and I had to find another dentist office. When I went in all of a sudden I had 5 cavities, so I got the fillings for them and my back left tooth was still sensitive weeks after the fillings. I told dr Wang and she said to wait it out which is odd Bc you rather check it before it gets worse. After a while I asked her if I could come in and she tried to "fix my bite". Anyways it's been 2 months now and my left bite is still sensitive. I've moved dentists and hope no one goes to this lady she's a scam

I thought this was strange because my teeth had always been in great shape until visiting this dentist. I only came to him because my insurance had changed. he even showed me X-rays when I doubted it. I hesita but scheduled the filling. he filled a cavity that wasn't bothering me and my tooth was sore for several months. he did such a poor job on the first cavity there is no way I was going back to him for round 2. I went to another dentist and i was told dr. Cardone drilled too deep. it was a difficult spot, but a skilled dentist wouldn't have had to drill so deep. Most important, there was no second cavity to be found. Another round of x rays found nothing. To this day, I still don't have a cavity in that spot. Beware this Dentist was going to drill a healthy tooth. This was when the office was newer so perhaps he's less desperate for revenue now with all these glowing 5 star reviews. Just be careful with this guy If he tells you that you have a cavity.
