I thought if this man openly calls himself like this, he must be nailing the sales process. I expected him to be a professional real estate agent: consistent, respectful, punctual. But it's really hard to say anything positive after my experience with him. There's a property I was interested in located near US1. I called and texted Alex. We negotiated the time and date of the showing. I arrived in time. Waited outside in the heat. He sent me a text that he would be there in 2 minutes. I kept waiting. Alex didn't show up. What a big shot, I thought. He's selling so good, that he doesn't even care about $35,000 in fees that he could get selling to me. 10 minutes later he called me, apologized, and said he went to a wrong address and would call me back.
