The dental technician clearly had no interest in doing a proper job and rushed through it to get finished. Instead of properly cleaning between my front teeth, she left clearly visible dark areas and told me at the end that because my teeth were close together she couldn't get in to clean them properly. In her exact words, "somewhere else might be able to do it but I can't". This is very obviously from laziness as 8 months ago they could do it properly and my teeth haven't changed. I won't be going back here again and will spend more elsewhere to make sure the work is done properly. I had expected better from them based on the first time I used their service.

As a long term sufferer of TMJ, I am well used to encountering dentists that fail to understand the complexities of this condition mainly due to the fact that it is a grey area between the medical and the dental professions. Not so with Dr. Barry, not only does he have a working knowledge of TMJ, he also has a sympathetic ear and I found him to be very thorough. After being correctly provided with a pan-oral x ray, Dr. Barry did his utmost to get to the root of the problem (no pun intended) and after a detailed explanation of the images, it was found that the pain was most probably a result of my TMJ. Wow, for the first time in years I actually had a pleasant experience in a dentists. On arrival I was offered a glass of water and promptly at 7.15 (time of appt) I was shown into the dentists cubicle. This is a new experience to me who have had nightmare waits in dentists surgeries in the past. What professionalism, what lovely manners, what could've been a nightmare turned into a lovely experience CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN too Prices are reasonable and available on their website. With branches around Dublin there is always an appt. relatively quickly. 45 mins later I walked out having had a full X ray of my teeth, a full examination and a tooth repaired with what has to be the least painful experience I've had at the hands of a dentist. She is great and listens to my feedback with what I want and am looking for throughout my treatment. I waited two weeks for an appointment which wasn't too bad. The office is located about 5 minutes from the top of Camden street and inside an old Georgian house. The reception is located on the bottom floor and I was greeted by two very friendly receptionist. Filled out a quick form and was right on time to meet with Dr. Ed. Being honest I was actually taken aback by Dr. Ed's friendliness. You can tell that his patients are very important to him and he took genuine interest in myself. He was quick and precise but at no point did I feel rushed. I definitely felt he knew what he was talking about. I was then moved along to the Hygienist who again I felt very comfortable with.
