Dr. Cirello's office has a why of making a stressful doctors visit even more stressful. My daughter had a very difficult night of vomiting and headaches so in the morning we decided to visit Dr. Cirello's office who is her primary caregiver instead of an urgent care. Being that they are in the same building we called ahead to let them know we were on our way. 3 times we called left message no one called us back, meanwhile my daughter is not feeling very well at all. We get to the office.,. from behind the glass window one of the nurses just stares at me for about 20sec. without saying a word. She then comes over slides open the glass window partition and before i can say anything she looks at the clock and waits.,. i say hi my daughter is sick .,. she shakes her head no.,. i say ... "is the dr. not in..." she replies he's in but he's with a patients and he's booked for the rest of the afternoon.,. i say o.k. .,. well ? then she says maybe you can go down to Urgent care. before i can say anything she ask "what's wrong with your daughter" i say "maybe you should have started with that.. and if he can't see her why are you asking after the fact do you even know who i am?" she says we got your message the ask is my last ---" i say who called my wife did you speak to my wife? .,. she then say i heard the message.,. you didn't call us back, to let us know .,. she then ask "why are you being mean to me" before i can respond she closes the window and says you can go to urgent care. Without knowing what's wrong with daughter, or how severe her illness is. A total disregard for human interaction/suffering. How do we get to this place. Is this how Dr. offices treat their patients? We will not be going back to this .,. and i hope that if you do you're treated with more dignity and compassion than we were. read more
