I was fortunate enough to visit Germany for a short holiday when I took one of Josefine's, soon to be, award winning cooking classes in Ulm. You'll have to call her to book a room as she only takes 6 students per class on a 3-4 hour basis only 2-3 times a week .
What she taught us was to safely and wonderfully cook rice. Then she went over a delicious curry, easy to make, and great to share with friends. She also went over a few select, healthy, finger foods. Just when I thought the class was over, she brought out the best mango cream I've ever eaten--only now I know how to make it.
Finally, as a grand finale, she gave us knowledge of her super spicy masala tea. It brought the entire meal together and made me feel good about taking a cooking class with her, here, in Ulm, Germany.
She also has flexible time tables. She also teaches parents and entire families.
I'm lucky to have found this little gold mine of a cooking class. Hope she starts teaching in Manhattan, soon. read more
