We have dined at Josefa three times. The first 2x was a couple of years ago and we enjoyed it at the time, but last Friday we were disappointed. Perhaps it's because we didn't order paste this time. C ordered the chicken breast, which was a large piece, but over-cooked and flavorless. No sauce; no inspiration. I ordered the fish, which was just okay. It was served with a variety of roughly chopped, over-cooked vegetables. The service seemed casual, compared to our previous visits. After we were finished, we couldn't get our server's attention because she was talking on her cell phone. The other staff, noticing this, merely turned away.
