I just barely got my license plate for the truck after 86 days of possession. It's got to the point where my credit union said I have 10 days for them to get the title or changes will be made that will affect my loan. Conor said in person that he would have a visor sent to me in the mail because the truck didn't have one.... Have yet to receive that. As well as I haven't heard from him since the day I walked out with the truck (August 8th). Throughout the process I've called the dealership multiple times and they wouldn't answer. Being in the sales industry, this is not okay and seems like they only care about a paycheck instead of caring for customers. Would definitely not recommend doing business with this specific dealership, not because of the product but because of the people and how the processes has been.

Absolutely Outstanding Service - A Small-Town Gem!…read more Late at night on a holiday weekend, we broke down on the way home from tournament and had our vehicle towed to the first shop Google listed. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. This shop is everything an auto shop should be--fast, honest, fair and just all-around great to work with. Not only did they get us back on the road quickly, but Brent's customer service was so good it made me wish I had more repairs to get done. The level of care and efficiency was something you don't see often, and it made me a little jealous of the small-town life. If you're anywhere near this place and need work done, don't hesitate. This is the kind of shop that earns loyalty and deserves all the business they can handle!

Unfortunately our recently purchased motorhome had an engine failure and we were towed to the closest Ford dealership. I want to give kudos to NAPA Brian Auto Parts of Loa, UT who towed my motorhome to the Freedom Ford dealership in Gunnison, Utah. It is a small town but everyone here has been most kind. I'm staying at the local motel and will be here until the repairs are completed. When our BMW displayed a message in the dashboard saying…read more"Drivetrain Malfunction" as we were entering Fountain Green on our way to a weekend trip to Escalante, we decided to stop at Beck's Auto Service to have the car checked. Mr. Beck immediately made time to connect the OBD tool to read out the error codes, identified the problem (misfiring on two cylinders), found the reason (spark plugs and two ignition coils wasted) and was able to order the parts and fix the problem - all within less than 4 hours. Read that again: Four hours!! On top of that, while we were waiting, Mr. Beck Senior even treated us to some delicious home-made cookies. We were able to continue our trip with a car returned to perfect working condition. Mr. Beck was very transparent in his communication, went out of his way to fix our car ASAP, was also very friendly, and the invoice was more than fair. We would give 10 stars out of 5 if possible. 100% recommendation :-)
