I have been dealing with real estate agents for many years and I have met many, but I must admit…read morethat few come close to the person that is Carlos Rojas. From the beginning he was cordial and respectful, but when I entrusted the sale of a property that I had not been able to sell in five years, he really showed who he is and what he is capable of. Carlos persistently did everything necessary and more to achieve the goal, he rejected the offers that did not benefit me, he guided me through the process, he took care of the smallest detail, and he always did it with good spirit and a special charisma. In the end, he showed the apartment multiple times, he had to deal with an irresponsible association, but he got the sale, fair for everyone and I really have nothing left to say but thank him. Professionals like him are always a blessing. Thank you, Carlos, sincerely. Gracias Carlos, sinceramente. Armando Perez Aleman

This summer we decided we needed a larger home and we contacted Juan, once again. In a matter of 5 days we were under Contract with our dream home. He was able to find us a home with the exact requirements we were looking for and we were ecstatic. Juan spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data and providing tons of info on comps in the area. Juan made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't. Along with being the realtor on the transaction, he also acted as the Mortgage Broker; he was thorough throughout the entire process, kept me informed and was able to close the loan within 30 days of signing the Contract (which is completely unheard of in this market). It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. I've recommended Juan Huice and Primetime Realty Group, Inc. to everyone I know. He's a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. I realize it won't always be this easy to purchase your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor & Mortgage Broker.

Although that first home was way out of our budget, Juan, unlike the previous realtors we worked with, did not give up. Not once did he tell us what we were looking for was impossible. He really seemed to care about helping us find the right home. His positive attitude and optimism were a breath of fresh air. From the first day we met with him, he was great! He showed us several homes and was so patient with us. When we found our home, he went above and beyond to get us the deal we were looking for! Even after we signed, he made sure to follow up and see how we were enjoying the house, that truly shows how much he cares! We are very grateful that we came across Juan and would love to do business with him again in the future. 100% recommended!!
