It was great to see such great folks willing to help others out. And the state troopers were so nice; a couple came to check on us while we waited for a tow because it was so hot out.

Run away, run very far away!!! These people sold a 13 thousand dollar car to my Granddaughter and…read morefamily. On day 31 the motor went. They told them they should have had a mechanic look at it before they bought it. I guess Ford dealers don't have mechanics. Then they said if they agreed to buy a warranty for 2 years for $200 a month they would see about fixing the car. They took the car to the shop, which sat there for 8 weeks. They kept saying the inspector had to look at it. Do you want to know what happens to a little family with no car in 2 months? They lost their jobs, lost their credit, and were homeless. They lost everything they owned. Did Bill Penny Ford care about this? No, they did not. They offered them a buyback for half of what they paid for it and applied that to the loan. So now they have a big chunk of debt with nothing to show for it. These deadbeats will fix it up and resell it to someone else. Shame on them and shame on Ford.
