I called Jay and right away he took care of it.. No lapses in insurance for me. He helped narrow down all the plans and gave me the info I needed to decide what one was best for myself. No steering or pressure whatsoever. Jay is also on the board for Connect for Health Colorado so he appreciated the feedback from what I was told on the call center. First of all, I NEVER got a single thing in the mail saying my payment was due and then they start saying that my payment is late. Second, there is no way to pay your bill online! And to pay via phone they charge you $10. The "easiest" thing to do is pull out cash, deposit it at an Elevations ATM, then transfer it over the internet from your savings to the loan account. Customer service is ok. They are always friendly and try to help, but they also seem confused on answers. They say online bill pay will come soon, but if it doesn't I will refinance through my bank to make payments easy. UPDATE: They now have the ability to add an external account online to make a payment. This was one of my priorities, so I will give them another star.
