I would give Jordan 6 stars if I could. I had a great experience working with Jordan to close on a condo in DC, and then on a house in DC 3 years later. From the very beginning of the process, Jordan is a patient teacher on all the ins and outs of loans. She was thorough in her understanding of my financial situation and helping determine what I qualified for. In both instances of making an offer, Jordan supplied strong letters demonstrating pre-approval - and she wrote these letters after contacting her outside of normal business hours. With less than 25 days for closing on both loans, Jordan fully delivered on her end so that the loans would close on time. The letters demonstrating pre-approval and the ability to close as fast as possible were probably the main reasons that my offers were accepted. My wife and I contacted Jordan based on a referral from our Realtor. We are extremely pleased that we did! Jordan was terrific throughout the entire process, which spanned a period of about 4 months from pre-approval through closing. My wife and I had a lot of questions along the way and Jordan was always there to answer all of them in a timely fashion. In fact, I got the sense that she genuinely cared about making sure she could do everything in her power to make the entire home buying process as stress-free as possible, which is exactly what we wanted from our lender.
