Life-Changing Representation After My Motorcycle Accident…read more I can't say enough good things about attorneys David Chonin and Brian Breiter. I was riding my motorcycle on Alton Road in Miami Beach on my way to work when a Bobcat tractor suddenly turned into me, leaving me with a broken leg and a long road to recovery. It was a terrifying, painful experience but David and Brian made sure I never faced it alone. David Chonin came to the hospital to meet me personally something I'll never forget. From that first moment, I knew I was in the hands of people who genuinely cared. Throughout the entire legal process, David was always available to answer my questions, no matter how small or complex. He kept me informed, reassured, and focused when things felt overwhelming. I chose the Law Offices of Brian Breiter because they are experienced trial lawyers that are not afraid to try cases. The insurance companies know this. Brian and David worked tirelessly on my case, preparing the case for trial. On the eve of trial, they secured a settlement far beyond what I ever expected. Their dedication, legal expertise, and strategic approach made all the difference. If you're injured and don't know where to turn, I wholeheartedly recommend this team. They're not just great lawyers they're compassionate advocates who will fight for you like family. Thank you, David and Brian, for everything.

I have dealt with several law firms both in my career and also for personal representation. Sorry…read moreto say hands down the worst representation I have ever experienced. 1) should not have taken case they were out of depth 2) lead attorney was extremely warm and friendly but completely inefficient in my case 3) special facts of the case which I consistently pointed out to attorneys were ignored... I have no fantasy that I am equipped to tell them what to do...however these points I relayed to them were agreed by them to have strategic and legal use and either thru inefficiency, lose dollar value perception by firm or whatever they were never communicated to insurance company and lied to me about having discussed 4) offer was made but insurance company and while not even close to the dollar amount necessary just to cover billings....Scott, Brett and Patricia took away my part in the decision making process by not even letting me know offer was on table. I later found out from insurance company that offer was made. I can do on and on with points of how they failed me miserably on the face of my pleas for them to step up I actually liked alll the attorneys on a personal superficial level...however they so failed me and dragged out inefficiency over a year that it forever impacted my ability to collect I have never written a review like this and it has been a year since I fired them. I just ran into someone who had similar experience and feel I have done the right thing by sharing my experience as a warning. I see in reviews that they have a favorable review ratio....maybe this is deserved and my case was not the usual way they conduct business. I don't know. I do know they objectively failed me miserably and m'ost of it was easily avoidable. There seeming claim is that clients are treated like family.... I was treated like family.... My case lasted…read morealmost two years after I was hit by a car while walking in a crosswalk, and unless you've been through something like this, it's hard to understand how much it can affect your life. Between the injuries, treatments, procedures, medical bills, uncertainty about the case, and just wanting to finally put the accident behind me, there were definitely some stressful and frustrating moments along the way. One thing I can say, though, is that I always felt like I had someone in my corner. I started out working with Jonathan Holtz, who was excellent and always took the time to answer my questions and explain what was happening. Over the course of a case this long I had a few different attorneys represent me as things progressed through litigation, with Scott Bonavita ultimately handling the case toward the end. Scott was great to work with and I really appreciated how straightforward he was with me. He gave me his actual opinion about the case, the risks of continuing toward trial, and when he thought it made sense to settle rather than just telling me what I wanted to hear. Glen Levine also personally stepped in at different points when I needed help, which meant a lot and wasn't something I expected from one of the firm's partners. In the end, they got me a settlement I was very happy with, and then continued working for me by negotiating my outstanding medical bills and liens down significantly, which made a big difference in what I actually walked away with. I also have to give a special shoutout to Jamie Winninger. She was awesome. I'm someone who asks a lot of questions and likes to stay on top of things, and she was always patient, responsive and willing to go above and beyond. Thank you to Jonathan, Scott, Glen, Jamie and everyone behind the scenes who worked on my case and helped me get to the finish line. Hopefully I never need a personal injury attorney again, but if I do, I know who I'm calling.

Sometimes it may only take a phone call from Mr. Dobkin, and that's what he did. He called my serve advisor and left a message in a non-intimidating tone; I believe it helped me receive a more detailed invoice about my 2022 vehicle repair. The Hyundai dealer had my vehicle for over a month; this was the second time for the same issue. In the past, I've reached out to other attorneys in unrelated matters where I thought a simple call would resolve the situation, but I was given instructions on what to do and unfortunately my efforts were not effective. Therefore, Mr. Dobkin's quick decision to call the service advisor was appreciated very much but was certainly unexpected. I felt like he sincerely cared about my situation.
