No questions went unanswered. Always took the time to explain things, and what was on the agenda for the next day. He had suggestions for several things that we had not considered. He even helped us pick a paint color for the walls, as I couldn't decide, lol. Terry was very friendly and personable. From our first phone call, to the meeting with Andrew, to the finished product, the whole process went as planned and on time. We highly recommend this Company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again and refer friends to them.

They were very professional, extremely clean, polite, courteous and friendly. I can't say any more from the excellent service provided by Chris and his team. The finished product was comparable to night and day. The job did go over the original estimate of 2 days a little, but quite understandable, as there was a couple of hidden issues behind the walls that surprised us and them, and I did ask for a couple of extra's do be completed if there was time...i.e. crown moulding. The whole finished product was completed with just a 1/2 day extra, and we did not have any problem with that. Darcy, our installer kept us appraised of all stages of the job, so there were no surprises. As for the extra jobs requested, they were all completed to my satisfaction. We were very happy that they were able to complete that part of the reno. As for the cost, the whole price came out as per original estimate, except for the addition of my extra's request. It is interesting to note that my cost estimate from Beautiful baths came out ahead of another competitor, who was only going to provided a new bath tub and shower. Thanks again, Gary & Kim O'Donnell Cole Harbour NS

Sent this in earlier however I wrongfully filed with Better Business Bureau first I didn't know you…read morehad to actually be the paying client to be able to do that and then I had to mitigate whether I wanted to violate my medical info but it is important for me to point out how misogynistic and racist this organization was towards me and other females at Quaker Landing on Ochterlonely. I had been coming to this building for many years sometimes twice a month sometimes once a month for Medical Treatments as a person with disabilities and it's always been a pleasant experience because it's a day off and it's all about my self care and a wonderful practitioner until this day. A formal complaint was filed with both the company and with Quaker Landing of which neither one of them responded especially to my request to reimburse me for that treatment since it was all about the manifestations of being verbally attacked and assaulted for entertainment by two male contractors. I had been on the phone with my doctor crossing the crosswalk and had to immediately get off the phone because I was totally unaware, because of the lack of helpful signage, where I'm supposed to go as a regular member of this building because there was no signage telling me where to go to get to the front door -it just said the sidewalk was closed -but most businesses accommodate for the local traffic and clients that are coming into a building. I didn't have time to get my bearings before a very rude and obnoxious male about 30 ft in the air started calling me names repeatedly calling me stupid calling me a fucking bitch to the person he's speaking to who I couldn't see at the time and that person laughing so this has been a normalized occurrence. I was absolutely shocked I realized because my disabilities are invisible he wouldn't know that he offended me as a disabled person. I have a brain injury and his constant yelling at me and disorientated me so I'm still trying to figure out what the hell is going on and he only had to tell me was you have to cross back go around and come through the pedway but he kept arguing with me about the front door of which I told him I always come in the front door.. he wanted to argue about that too saying well if you've been here before then you know where I'm talking about I said well clearly I don't or else I'd be doing it instead of standing here arguing with you. He was obnoxious he was belligerent and misogynistic in his name calling and the fact that he was that comfortable doing it shows that this is a regular default of his. I reported it to my practitioner of which my entire treatment session was about the manifestations of that verbal assault that gender-offending verbal assault while I was trying to get into a medical appointment. I find out from my practitioner that I am one of many females that this business had been verbally inappropriate to and had screamed it and were called names. my entire treatment was distressed and we had to deal with the manifestations of this attacking male. When leaving I made sure to take pictures of the offending party and the other male was there just a young guy, and of course being a social worker was fully aware this is how misogyny gets passed from generation to generation because it's normalized as this clearly was because he would be the male that was laughing every time the other one was calling me a name yelling at me. Then he tried to flip the script.. the guy who was the mouthpiece when he was up on the scaffolding was now on the ground and he said you better not be taking pictures of my son. I said was your son rude to me or were you so clearly I'm taking pictures of you and you can see I was taking pictures of you and not your son..he didn't expect me to come back and take pictures of the company sign because he refused to tell me what company he worked with. The very fact that this company was still allowed to work on this place finding out that he had been rude to several females is shocking ..before I even took the pictures there was a male across the street that asked him how to get over to the building and he used a completely different voice of a different tone so this clearly was gender-offending and when I seen this license plate I seen oh so he thinks some white girl and he can think to talk to me like that too ..so we've got a racist and gender offending dynamic here. The company to date has not responded to the abuse I endured from his staff and I think they should be responsible for reimbursing me the $110 so I can have a proper treatment that they derailed that day Sadly now when I go back there I am not comfortable because they're still there. And I haven't been back for July and August. this is an abusive company who normalizes verbally abusing females while catering to males I'm also a senior which was evident by the grey in my hair

We want to work towards finishing it, but we knew that the drywall was a project that we should not tackle! I checked google and found Brush Hour Painting and Drywall - So I gave them a call. Troy came by quickly to check out the project and scheduled the visit at a time that worked well for us. With two small children, our time (and budget) can be limited, so it meant a lot that he was so flexible and understanding right from the start. Troy is one of the most personable, down-to-earth, and genuinely kind people I've ever met. He really focused on figuring out what would work best for us in terms of the level of help we needed, and at no point did I ever feel pressured or stressed. He was incredibly organized, thoughtful, and easy to communicate with. And that was just the beginning. The quality of the work is amazing! I'm still so impressed with what Mario accomplished in just four days. Not only did he complete the drywall beautifully, but he also went above and beyond to fix a mess that had been left behind by a previous owner. Throughout the project, Troy checked in regularly and made sure everything was going smoothly. It's clear he truly cares about both his work and his customers. I would absolutely recommend Troy and Brush Hour Painting and Drywall to anyone looking for an understanding, honest owner and incredibly skilled workers. It was such a positive experience from start to finish. We will definitely need help again as we work towards renovating our "new to us" home. The showroom alone is enough to make you want to tile every surface of your home. While my project was very small, a 48" bathroom vanity, I was treated the same as if I had been ordering a whole kitchen or choosing tiles for a whole house. I'm sure that NTM is the not the most inexpensive place in town. However, the service and advice was top quality. The staff endured my lack of design and decorating knowledge in a warm and patient manner.
