I don't know many providers who would go that far out of their way. He's never been judgmental, always been positive, and I've always been treated with respect and compassion. The front desk told me they needed to verify my insurance and would call me right back. After waiting a few hours without a response, I called back myself. This time, I was told they needed several days to verify my insurance due to the high volume of patients. I explained that I urgently needed care because of a pre cancerous spot on my face, but it felt like verifying my insurance was too much of a hassle for them. Their lack of urgency and concern made me uncomfortable and I didn't want to risk further delays in my care. I immediately contacted my insurance, filed a complaint and switched doctors the same day. I don't recommend this office, as they seem to take their time with simple tasks that other offices handle with ease. Calling insurance to verify a patient's eligibility isn't a task that requires days to complete. Especially when it's an urgent matter.
