Unprofessional communication - I contacted Jones Tree Work seeking a quote for a complex tree removal. My call was returned the same day with a promise that someone would be out that week to look at the job. They contacted me three days later to confirm the address - I sent them the coordinates- with a promise they'd be out the following week. I heard nothing afterward, despite sending them one text message and a follow up voicemail. If they didn't want to do the work they should have the decency to state that in the first place. read more
