Would never recommend this company. We had an inspector come because we thought we maybe had ended…read moreup with bed bugs. The inspector never did find any but we found them ourselves behind the head board. The inspector that came sent us a very vague "checklist" that was supposed to outline exactly how we prepare. It took them TWO weeks to provide the service. When the technician arrived, he was immediately rude stating we didn't do everything we were told to do. I showed him the checklist provided to us and he showed his "manager". I heard her say, oh, this isn't the right list and it doesn't say they need to bag up EVERYTHING. He kept talking about how the inspector pushed everything to make her "commission" and was appalled that she never offered a mattress encasement. He acted like he was literally crazy saying he even needed to pull the carpet back. Just wild. The whole ordeal was a scam as we are still finding a couple. Definitely not the point of infestation but I feel like for the price we had paid, it should be resolved. When we told orkin about still finding them, they told us we didn't follow the prep and that they needed to charge for additional treatments. Not to mention, you can call and call this place and never get an answer. They don't care and will take every cent from you if they could. Like someone else said, go local and don't let orkin fool you.
