I was not able to pack, and their packing service was perfect. None of my items were broken during transit and she taught me how to be thoughtful about packing in the future. I so wish I could get a hold of the owner of the company because their receptionist is absolutely horrible. It's unfortunate because they might have great services, but you can't even get their services because their receptionist is such a poor communicator, I'd fire her in a heartbeat if my company was being run like that.
