My review is on their roofing department. I purchased a roof and installation with them and 3…read moreweeks later I'm still waiting. In the mean time we've had several rain storms and the contract work I spent $8,000 on is getting ruined waiting for the roof. I can't believe the lack of communication and professionalism they have. I could have installed it along with one to my garage and canning house and still have 2 weeks time back. I will not recommend them to anyone nor will I use them in the future to roof my other buildings that are in need.

I explained this is holding up us finishing the house..... he said he would call..... no call...... so I called them around 4 the phone apparently was forwarded to someone because they closed for inclement weather. I advised him that Steve said he would call me about my windows and he didn't. The guy said, "oh yeah he called them and said they weren't coming in." ************STRIKE two***************** I advised him that I wanted Steve, the OWNER to call me because he told me he would call and let me know...... instead of calling me, he text me advising that oh yeah they won't be in until Feb 18..... So I proceed to call him, he answered and kept saying that it was out of his control, I advised him that I had an issue with him not having the balls to call me and sent a text advising me of the delay. he got all upset with me and I told him it was fucking ridiculous which he proceeded to hang up on me. *********************STRIKE THREE************************ A MAN IS ONLY AS GOOD AS HIS WORD

Today we went to Menards and ordered the shower door enclosure...SHOWER door for a walk in SHOWER!…read more The guy even came back and asked if it was for a tub or shower and we said shower. they took it to the back and loaded it with some other things we needed onto our trailer. Drive over an hour to get home and they gave us the TUB not the SHOWER. Called Menards and got the plumbing manager that sounded like he was reading off queue cards. "If you bring that back we can exchange it"....."You know we have tub and shower doors"....OVER AND OVER. Never once said that he was sorry that happened. Just repeated these same things over and over. When I told him he lacked empathy and the first thing should have been to tll us he was sorry that happened and if we can come in and exchange it he would give us a gift card or something equivalent to the diesel we have to waste coming there again because of their mistake. Instead he tells me that if I continue to talk like that the conversation would be over. so calling the department MANAGER out on his lack of empathy is grounds for ending the call. over the last few weeks we have spent a lot in this store because of house renovations. Maybe should have just gone to home depot where they give 11% for military discount for my husband all the time without having to send in a receipt and form.
