The customer service rep was helpful and answered all my questions. It took awhile to get my order because they were backed up at that time. When my deadbolts arrived, they were nicely labeled and really easy to install. I really liked their product so I ended up ordering some handle sets from them too. They ended up sending me 2 deadbolts instead. When I called to let them know, the person on the phone was apologetic and stated that she'll send the correct order out the same day. A few minutes later I got an e-mail that they charged my card for the new order. Why am I getting charged twice for an order I never received? They never even confirmed with me that they can charge the card on file. It took awhile on the phone to get it figured out but in the end they just charged me the difference in shipping costs. Overall, I'm a fan of the product but not happy with this one incident. At least it sounds like it's been resolved. I'll update when I get my handle sets!
