Florida Heart Delray, 5035 Via Delray, Delray Beach Fl. 33484. I arrived 15 min early, that's what they always ask for , right? No one was there, so I called the phone number they put there for any questions, well the operator didn't know anything, no clue. I went to Doctor Ravaee's office which is in the hospital to find out, they told me to knock hard on the door because someone must be there, it was already 7:20am. and I did what they told me to knock hard on the door, I actually had to Knocking hard because the door was locked, a guy come out very upset because according to him the door was open, well he couldn't even open it because as I said it was locked. Dr. Ravaee sent me a stress test, but the guy said it would be a nuclear stress test, I had no idea what that test was, I ask him what the side effects were, and he said none, that's not true. The guy was very upset so I decided to leave, when I was leaving the guy shouted, "I've been doing those test for long time". Good for him. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT PLACE.

The results showed everything was fine. A few months went by and he was still experiencing chest discomfort so he went back to Weiner who recommended a non-invasive angiogram. Weiner was not able to read the results because my fiancé had a lot of plaque buildup so he suggested doing an actual angiogram. He called me after the procedure and told me that there wasn't anything he could do for him other than prescribe medication. He said he wasn't a candidate for Stents or a good bypass candidate. We didn't take Weiner's word as the final word. We went for a second opinion and visited Dr. Seckler. Dr. Seckler told him that he doesn't deal with high-risk cases which is what my fiancé was considered because he had 2 main arteries blocked and some vessels were blocked 100% as well and all the blockages were in tough to reach places. But rather than just do what Weiner did and put a bandaid on by prescribing meds he introduced Dr. Carida to us. Dr. Carida specializes in high-risk conditions and told us lots of doctors are lazy and don't do the right thing for the patient. Dr. Carida performed 2 angioplasty and has placed 6 stents in my fiancé and opened up all of the blockages 100%. He is a godsend. My advice to anyone reading this. Get several opinions and don't trust Dr. Weiner because he only takes the easy approach.

He had no plan to remedy severe aeortic valve stenosis for a patient he had for more than a decade. Patient died and could have been prevented.

I scheduled my second post operative visit with him but got his PA, Rhonda Taylor. I was very diappointed that Dr. Metzger passed me over after all the visits monotoring my valve. He didn't even want to listen to my new valve! No excuses were made. The PA had to leave the room to ask him a question regarding my incision. I felt cheated and vowed I would not return to this doctor. I agree with Annette T.
