I was amazed to discover how much he thought we could get for the place and how his team went on to ensure that it happened. They have a great set of subcontractors they work with who quickly got the place in great shape. Thomas's team made sure the costs stayed low and that the changes we made were actually necessary. The home was ready to show in just under a month and had interested buyers before it even went on sale. The open house last only a weekend and resulted in multiple bids, leading to a significant profit. From start to finish, the home was sold and the money was in our pockets within two months. Amazing. I really can't say enough good things about this real estate group, but I will highlight a few outstanding points: they have someone assigned to each aspect of the selling process so it's really hands-on and they keep you in the loop every step of the way.
