Banana chocolate peanut butter shake! SO BOMB!
Esther A.

If you have a chance and are craving shakes on a hot sunny philippines day, come to Jonah's and get a banana chocolate peanut butter shake!!! Soooo good. It reminds me of a dark chocolate peanut butter protein bar but in smoothie/shake version. This is one of their best sellers, and I can see why. It sort of reminds me of a Jamba Juice choco moo and peanut butter moo mix. Super delicious. It is really filling, so if you are planning to eat after, I would recommend sharing one :). Another best seller here is the mango banana shake (another amazing best seller :)

Banana peanut choco. Delicious!

There's nothing like relaxing on a beach of clear water and white sand with an alcoholic fruitshake in hand. And like most food in the Philippines, they not only taste like heaven, but these fruitshakes are more than affordable. With their fast service, these guys can whip up one drink from their insanely long list of options. But if you're anything like me, you might be indecisive, so I'll give you a couple of tips. If you're going to get watermelon, don't get it with rum; it tasted like straight up alcohol. If you're looking for a light buzz and a great taste, try the banana choco peanut with rum. Happy buzzing!

Some pretty bomb Fruit Shakes and Smoothies! My wife and I went here almost everyday we were in Boracay. It was a recommendation from a friend of ours. I'm happy we went here. So much selection of fruit smoothies. Only downside, they run out of certain fruits that limit your choices. Service is ok. It's pretty much self seating. Perfect place to grab a drink to go or sit down and cool off since it can be pretty humid in Boracay. My favorite was the Banana Mocha! Drop in to Jonah's if you're in Boracay.

After reading so many awesome reviews we decided that Jonah's was going to be a must go while we were in Boracay... First let me say we had a lovely walk, although we got terribly lost walking along the beach, the wrong way! So from station 2 to station 3 and then all the way back to 1! Yikes! Heck of a walk, but lovely nonetheless. As we arrived at Jonah's, I couldn't find anyone to help us so I had to ask around how do I place an order. The person who did finally come help me, honestly seemed a little rude or put off, perhaps from me, but I don't think I have her any reason to. Everything we ordered was not available and ended up with a pineapple and a watermelon shake. Oh the girl who served our drinks smiled, after her 100 peso tip. Honestly, I wasn't overly impressed, I've had the same or better from other places, not sure why it's just my experience that was overly deflating. Maybe the super duper flavors were sold out maybe those flavors are their magic kickers! In any case I'm sad we missed the most popular house favorites because maybe the experience would have been better. Overall service was below average I didn't appreciate it at all. The drinks were ok, perhaps I will have the pleasure to update my review once we go back for another go! We will go considering the amount of good reviews, I hope it was just off. Stay hungry!

Well, we're back in Bora and as always we had to stopover at Jonah's - even if it's a few minutes from La Carmela. We ordered Mango Banana, Choco Banana Peanut, and Avocado Banana and this time they tasted great. I rated Jonah's 3-star before but I'm upgrading it to 4 because this time the smoothies we ordered aren't too sweet. It also didn't take them long to serve them so that's a plus. The place is still packed so if you'd rather skip the long walk, you can just call them for delivery - (036) 288 3281. We also ordered Pizza Gibiani (Bacon, Cheese, Onion and Egg) and that tasted stellar too. We would have ordered Jonah's Pizza but that one has tuna and salami and while we love salami, we aren't too keen on having tuna on our pizza. All in all, I enjoyed this trip back to Jonah's. Somehow, between my last trip 7 months ago, they were able to recapture what it was that made them an icon when in Bora. I recommend that you head over to Jonah's whenever you're in Boracay or if you'd rather call them for delivery, that's fine too! :)

Walk into this alley and it's on your right side.

This is not the location. I hope yelp updates it because we were walking aimlessly. Look for these two shops and it's in an alley. The mango shake with no milk is to die for! I can drink 3 of these In a day. Can't wait to go back. The new location is right in front of the beach.

The freshest and rich tasty juice you could found to satisfy your thirst while lounging under the tropical sun. So sit back relax and ENJOY paradise!

The best Mango Shakes!

Jonah's doesn't have just any mango shake- it's thee best ever mango shake. A must try when in Boracay. I took a tricycle from Station 2 just for this and it was definitely worth it. The shakes are served in a water bottle with a straw.

Avocado shake

I always get a fruit milkshake from Jonah's whenever I visit Boracay. There are a few of them around the island so don't worry about having a hard time when it comes to looking for a stall. The best for me would be their fruit milkshakes, especially the avocado (if in season), melon and mango flavors! If you don't want to fall in line for a long time, I suggest you go there right before having lunch or dinner because most of the tourists would want to get some after a savory meal!

Mango papaya shake for 120 php! Ignore the crazy guy in the background hehe

Jonah's fruitshakes & snack bar is known as "the best fruitshakes in the island", but I would say otherwise. Although there is a huge variety of flavors, the shakes were too sweet in my opinion. Shakes were also 100 php +, but you can find better shakes for less than that! If your vacation is solely based in Boracay, this may be the best place to receive a shake. If you were to travel to other places in the Philippines, you will find better shakes for less than 100 php! Definitely check it out if you are on the island or travel somewhere else after Boracay!

This little joint features a bakery on the second floor that's used to bake some tasty treats for customers daily. They do take credit cards. I recommend trying out their fresh treats baked daily if you're ever on Boracay. The shop was featured in a Filipino drama I watched awhile back that I can't recall the name of and ironically my girl is ironically obsessed with this place as well.

You are immediately welcomed by the friendly staff and the local cats sleeping the chairs so make sure to watch where you sit. It is all open air so you get to see the views of D'Mall as people walk around. The table has a massive fresh flower that the staff immediately moves so you can see the people you are with. The first day I got the risotto and it was so good. Generous portion and a great strong latte. They give you fresh lemon water and make sure you have what you need. We had to go a second day and they make a great latte and skashuka. We all had a great time and if we were there would have gone more.

It was just an easy walk from our resort in Astoria Station 1 through the beach to this place. Actually it was quite a nice walk there. When we arrived we were greeted with a nice smile by one of the staff and was offfered immediately a table with an amazing view of the beach. The restaurant is busy but it is clean and organized with a chill vibe. Our server offered us the menu which had so many interesting items to choose from and we elected for a few lattes and different types of entrees. We didn't wait long to be served our meals and they were all Made fresh and presented nicely. We were hungry so we didn't wait to dig in. I wouldn't say that their food wasn't new and interesting, but the execution and fulfillment of my expectations/imagination were issuing. We tried the bacon and mango grilled cheese which was highly recommended by most Redditors and noted on the restaurants menu. They use a bread similar to brioche and it was fluffy and a good option. The lack of excitement in the food itself came from the missing "wow" in the taste. The homemade mango jam was really subtle. The tomato sauce/paste/soup that was provided in the side bowl did not tie the meal together. I'm not sure how to describe it, but I wouldn't consider it soup since it was thick and the tomato flavour really overpowered the taste of everything else on the plate. The shrimp roll was ok - it wasn't bad but it's also not something to write home about. They offered calamansi juice without sugar which was refreshing after a long day in the sun. The staff were kind and they were prompt with our orders. The restaurant caters to a lot of tourists, which is possibly due to its location. There was indoor and outdoor seating and we chose to sit indoors.
