Our entire family received our care here for years. Paid the concierge fee of over $400 but the…read moreproblem is there is not even basic service! The previous reviews mentioning rude staff are accurate. They don't always ask for your insurance card or they're too busy to take it. So you may get a bill six months later for the visit, full cost, from their billing service. If you call the office and complain, they'll say we don't have your insurance card on file. Do they call you or does the billing department call you, like one would assume a concierge practice would do, prior to billing the insurance? No. Since the we received the bill from their billing department six months after the visit, if the billing department refiles the claim with insurance this time, the insurance will deny the claim because it was submitted too late... Not sure what the problem is, front staff or billing, but this scenario happened twice to our family in the past year. Told the office staff we were taking our business and concierge fee elsewhere. Of course the office sent a letter saying my calling to complain about the billing issue was abusive. What's abusive is the way the staff treats patients. We're already paying over $400 for concierge fees annually, plus our high monthly health insurance premiums, our deductible, your office doesn't ask for my insurance card and then bills me six months later for the full price of the visit, over $200, and they don't think the client is going to be a tad upset?

The person in charge of the masks was in the back. There were no other clients in the office and they sent me away. They want me to email the doctor to email the tech to set up an expensive appointment I do not need and will take days to set up. My experience indicates that this sleep center is a shoddy racket with poor quality of service and no ethics. I would avoid doing business here if at all possible. From the moment I came in I enjoyed good customer service from the office staff. Coming on time for my appointment I waited less than 5 minutes to get my vital signs done and be placed in the exam room. Dr. Polito came in just minutes later and clearly already had a grasp of what I was looking for based on those pre appointment questions. He took the time to do a thorough interview to fully understand my needs and to explain his treatment plan for me. He read the data from my old cpap machine and set up a sleep study to further diagnose the cpap machine and the patient (me). I left very optimistic. So far, so good. Stay tuned for updates next month.

While the Doctor himself is personable, I would describe the staff as curt. My last interaction was the worst. I thought I would be moving out of state, so I did not pay the annual fee. After the debris flow, I postponed my move by a few months. When I called to see if he would renew my prescription anyway, I was told by a staff person, that incredulously, I hadn't been a patient for over two years! It had only been a few months. I wrote him a letter to see what he might have to say about the discrepancy, but I never received a response. My next Doctor told me I did not really need the prescription.
