I went to this practice specifically for PRP injections having exhausted so many other treatments for chronic neck pain. Multiple people told me to try this treatment because it helped them immensely. I did three rounds of injections as advised. No imaging/mri was ever taken or done before hand which I questioned. The injections were painful and each time I let them know I was getting much relief. I paid 1675.00 for three treatments and was told that generally helps most people. After the third treatment I was told I may have to much damage and stem cell injections would be the next option. I confirmed with other doctors that stem cells cannot be taken from the stomach area which is what this clinic does. So thankful I did not spend the 5,000 here on that treatment. After being in pain, spending money and getting no relief I moved on and had several second opinions. I learned PRP injections are done very differently and was advised by reputable doctors that I was scammed. An mri is a bare minimum when injecting into the neck and the amount of prp used was extremely low. Also, it is generally one treatment and you are under anesthesia because they go through many layers. When a person is in pain they are desperate for some relief and I feel this clinic took advantage and took my money. The treatments are not being done properly and it creates false hope and then you are left with no relief and cannot get that money back. Unacceptable. Please go to a reputable doctor for PRP if you are considering. I'm trying to get my money back with no luck. I need to have PRP done again elsewhere and the money would go towards it.

Instead, holistic urgent care has a calm, spa-like setting which sets patients at ease. More importantly, the doctors are kind, caring , and above all, they are progressive, forward-thinking, and intelligent. My two qualms with this clinic is they NEVER answer the phone! Even when you leave messages!!! What kind of medical clinic--especially an URGENT care clinic--doesn't answer the phone?!! They clearly need more front desk staff--one to answer phones and maybe two more to check patients in/out, and another to help with supplements. The front staff could also be a little warmer but maybe they're just overwhelmed and overworked. The front reception of any business is its first point of contact and if that is not warm, caring and responsive, then how can it's business survive?!! Secondly, they will bill you for any follow ups, even if your one question was not pointed out during your appointment and only warrants a yes or no answer. You will be billed for 15 minutes even if your question takes 15 seconds to answer so be aware of this. I understand the doctors are extremely busy and that their time is valuable but the nature of medicine is that there is almost always follow-up questions which the doctors don't fully explain during the appointment. The staff doesn't make clear the follow up policy so just keep this in mind should you become a patient. If you do, you'll most likely have to just drive there and take your chances to get in same day.
