I made it very clear several times I needed anchors put in the wall due to weight of clothes and after 2 days of work being done the rack fell again and I could see he did not put anchors in the wall to reinforce the weight of the clothes. I have three racks and two of them fell again after work was done, just a matter of time before the other one falls. When I reached out to company they confirmed they did not put anchors in only added bracket but yet charged me $50 for supplies" which in reality cost $5. Did not even offer to make things right and do the work the correct way. Now I need to spend an additional amount of money to get the work done by someone else the correct way. There is NO EXCUSE for this if you are not capable of doing the work the correct way then don't take the job!

From the moment Ryan and his crew showed up It was quite obvious they knew exactly what they were doing. From taking down the tree to grinding the stump and clean up. It was all performed professionally and meticulously. They even ground an additional large pine stump that had been in our backyard since Irma free of charge without me even asking. Thanks again Ryan.
