Now, healthy can be delicious. This Mexican, organic restaurant offers salads, tacos, rice meals, and burritos. As a rule, they don't add artificial sugars, they only use organic ingredients, and they prepare your meal as you order so they will be served to you fresh. It's not strictyl vegetarian. They do serve organic lean meat, but you can replace your meat with Fajita mushrooms. During my recent visit, I ordered Fajita Mushroom Salad. It was loaded with fresh vegetables (tomatoes, cucumber, salad greens, and onions) and was topped with crispy corn chips which are not salty like the junk food version or commercially sold nachos. Yes, all the ingredients were light and healthy, but the meal itself was filling and delicious. I left the store feeling full and happy with no guilt at all because I also learned that they share 10% of their earnings to charities. So eating there was not just filling but also fulfilling.
