This is a review for an apartment inside this complex rented off of airbnb…read more Theodul is in a great, quiet location right off the main street in Zermatt. It's really close to restaurants, the co-op grocery store, gondolas, and the trail heads. When we checked in, there was initial confusion from the receptionist regarding our reservation. Apparently they had already booked the room we had reserved. She was extremely apologetic, however, and within minutes informed us that she had a better room for us. Great! Our upgraded apartment was on the fourth floor, and it was very spacious. Clean kitchen, comfy beds, and a huge balcony. We spent two nights in this place. Very happy with everything. Checkout was easy too. I'd highly recommend staying in these apartments. They're very accommodating.
