I went in to buy skin care and to get lip fillers. Jamie Comstock was incredibly gentle while doing the lip fillers. They put on numbing cream to help with the pain and Jamie was amazing and did such an awesome job! I have had Botox many times but it's my first time for lip fillers and her technique using the needle was impeccable. She was gentle and precise. I had the worst experience there not one but three times. One time I went there some year+ ago and when I came to my appointment they told me they do not have what I ordered in stock and I'd either have to supplement it or waste my time coming there again. I went for the first option and oh well the results were not satisfactory at all (compared to other places I used)... Consecutively I ended up getting Groupon for them this year, without realizing it was the same place I never wanted to go to again. I made an appointment with their phone service, explained in details what I need and they made me an appointment. when I came to my appointment they said the could not do the service that I really wanted to do because it was gonna take longer time and they were closing - though I explicitly told people on the phone I need this exact service before certain date. The owner tried to up sell me on cash payments to them instead of Groupon and also claimed they could do the service I needed in a day. When I refused to pay cash and came there next day for my second appointment the door was locked, upon calling to the owner, she informed me that she meant to cancel but forgot and that she will not take anymore Groupns. Since then Groupon refunded my money, but her deals are still running. They even proceed on sending me their new promo emails - is it a joke? Moreover, they are changing their name to Adore Skin and body care because the reviews for current name are so bad. And now I see that they moved to a new address as well. Changing the name doesn't change unprofessional business practices. Don't fall victims to this place, find another salon.

I interviewed 10 of them and went with Allison not just because she has five star ratings, not just because she's caring, not just because she's genuine, not just because she doesn't oversell, not just because she has a great staff, not just because she's the ultimate injector, it's not just because she has 15 years plus experience, not just because she had a family practice... Because of all these reasons and how she genuinely treats her patience like they're her own family. I've been going to Allison religiously for three years. Have never had an issue. I trust her with everything. She's the only injector I've ever gone to that. I've never questioned. I tell her to do whatever she thinks. She never takes advantage of that if anything, she'll underfill, she never overfills. I had an issue due to the injector before Allison and thankfully I had the best to handle the issue, even though she didn't cause it... She was able to take care of it by dissolving the filler under my eyes. She followed up the next day to see how I was doing. Sent her photos that she wanted to see how the filler was dissolving... Asked how I was, gave me her cell phone number and told me if I had any questions or concerns to call her anytime. Who does that? I can tell you no one except Allison!
