After signing the registry and letting them know how much pressure you'd like during your experience, the staff guides you into the changing rooms. We booked a couple's 90-minute massage in the same room.
The massage didn't quite live up to expectations; I'm fluent in several languages, including Spanish, and during the massage, I repeatedly asked for specific pressure. Unfortunately, my requests were often ignored, to the point that I had to ask the staff to cease. It then became awkward. Time ran out. Afterwards, we decided to head out to the hot tub, but the staff wasn't very welcoming.
I expected a higher level of service. Both of us left feeling disappointed and dissatisfied. There's definitely room for the staff's attitude and overall quality to improve. I mentioned this on my way out. I would like to go back and see how it improves.
