In addition to the lechon, we added in some plantains, rice, sausages, and pork stomach (which I love, but was hesitant to try at a street vendor in PR...but no bowel problems to speak of afterwards!). So don't judge this little street vendor by its cover, stop in and order yourself a plate (or two or three) and just do as the locals do.

The skin was fatty, crisp and salty. Not for health-nuts. I had no expectation for the Madalla beer (local) being a micro-brew fan but was pleasantly surprised. Blood sausage, flavorful with a kick. Pina-colata was awesome too. A road side restaurant, don't go with unreasonable expectations. Lechon there is no doubt the star.
