We had a 6 month contract with them, and I didn't make the full 6 month before I told them we're done. They acknowledged their mistakes and did not charge us the last month. I told them I wanted a refund and they refused. A few months later our business was closed. We put a lot of heart and soul into this and once SKC got involved, it was the beginning of the end.
