It was nice to be greeted at the door by staff as this is something I believe is a dying trait. They guided us to what we were looking for and came around a few times asking if we had any questions or needed additional assistance. It was not as though the store was vacant of patrons, it was quite busy for a pet store and we still received impressive service. The store was clean, well stocked, and the staff were polite and knowledgeable. Hands down the best experience I have ever had at a commercial pet supply store.
