I called to follow up and was told I would get a call back, but that never happened. I called again asking for the name of the existing shrubs, and was told they couldn't access the information at that time but would call me back. After a third call a few days later, I was finally given the shrub names and told I was "in the system" and should expect a follow-up. Unfortunately, I never received the estimate or any follow-up communication. It's disappointing to have someone come to your home, seem helpful in person, and then completely drop off with no follow-through. This situation also set me back on my spring landscaping plans. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

The owner of this company David Prince lacks complete professionalism. We bought a 700K house…read morerecently that he installed for the builder an irrigation system at. We are building a pool and when after a week of attempting to contact him we found out that his company purposely ran the water main and control wiring exactly in the middle where a pool would go. When I asked him about this, he said oh well we install all of them that way. He laughed at my wife and I when we told him we were building a pool and said no one builds pools, so just let the pool guys destroy the irrigation system. Basically my take away from that is I would have to call him after the pool was completed and pay 2K+ to have it repaired. Some careful desinging and layout would help avoid this issue, however I have learned this is the way he conducts his business. I would give David Prince and Prince Irrigation a negative number if it was possible. Lastly I will be filing a formal complaint with the state and anyone else who has a similar experience I would recommend you do as well.

When they finally did come to our home to assess the situation, they informed me that they would contact me the next day with an estimate. That never happened. My husband had to repeated call and email them. They were rude and unprofessional In their response to him. The estimate to fix the irrigation system was going to be over $2k. $2k+ to fix something we didn't break. Terrible, terrible service.
