The flowers were not delivered. When I called the person from Jim's , the employ could not find my order. After the order was found this person said the order was voided because the delivery was outside of where deliveries occur. Interestingly enough , the order was accepted on the company website and the same delivery charge was added to my order. The same employee told me the refund to my credit card should take a few days for a refund which was a lie. The order was placed on my credit card and is still there. Good thing our credit card company will deal with this situation. This same employee said she called me about the order which was another lie. Please don't order from this florist shop. There is no reason for a florist to take orders that it has no intention of delivering.

So you can resell them to some other poor customer? My family used Kohler's Florist & Greenhouse to do the flowers for my grandfathers funeral a few…read moreyears ago, and they were BEAUTIFUL. My mother passed away recently and I found myself at Kohler's picking out the flowers. I was caught off guard by how much more emotional I was picking out the flowers than I was during most of the funeral planing, and the florist was very kind and patient towards me. I'd never picked out funeral flowers before and I hope you never have to do the same, but if you do, you should know the people at Kohlers are very nice and experienced and know what to recommend. The flowers were reasonable, and the arrangements were beautiful. However, all the roses opened up and were turning brown (the white and yellow roses) on the second day of the wake. I DO believe this may be because they were brought in from outside and the weather was very cold. The roses were the ony flowers that wilted and died, but of course the roses were the focal point of the floral arrangements. I would recommend Kohler's and I would go back, but hopefully only to purchase flowers for a happier occasion.
