I would not recommend them based on the rushed attitude, not taking time to talk about the tooth, laughing at my nervousness and stress ball, telling me that I need to have Valium the next time I go there. The Doctor also told me that before anyone needs a crown they should always get a root cannel, which is a total lie. I do not have insurance so the office kept calling and reminding me that it was $2,100 . I said "well what if there is nothing wrong, why are you saying that I need a root cannel when I have not even been seen." Their response, " well we have time set aside." I felt like no matter what, they were going to perform the procedure. Then she also said it was infected and the reason it was not hurting is because I was on antibiotics. Then after the procedure she said it is not infected because it was still alive "but on its way out (dyeing)", based on a slight pain when she did the hot test. I barley had time to think. She jacked me with so much Novocain that my face was swollen (they told me it was not when I left) another lie!!! My face and jaw were totally numb from 2:00 P.M. until After 10:00 P.M. I called their number, left a message no return call until the next day. It is how 27 hours later and my jaw all the way down my neck is hurting. In addition she was so rough resting her hand on my jaw putting pressure on my joints. I told her that I have TJM her response, "well there is nothing I can do about that." I have had 3 other root cannels, 3 implants, and 4 crowns, I know the difference. She is very rough, abrasive, lies, and not concerned when I said I was dizzy and unable to drive. They had no concern. I am a special education teacher, and I would give the doctor a F, and my overall experience a F - Do not go there. shame on me for going without doing my homework. she did not get great reviews. Hopefully this will help others from this horrible experience not to mention the uncaring, demoralizing attitude. read more
