We both walked away from our visits feeling much more relaxed, pain free and VERY impressed with the regime Dr. Mark introduced. The method of adjusting my lower back and putting me through some stretches, made a big difference in my range of movement. I was VERY impressed with how Dr. Mark adjusted my neck. I also feel the ladies at reception were very professional and helpful. I really enjoyed how the decor, ambiance of the office was so relaxing. We will be back and thank you for all you do. Cheers

After my first consultation I knew this place was the place that would help me Reverse all of my unknown issues. Turns out after straining my hip flexor in track and tearing my MCL playing football back in higj school caused some pretty traumatic issues that came back to haunt me due to lack of knowledge and guidance. Two a half years later I've learned how much my body was compensating for the lack of strength and balance necessary to support my lower back. Here I am now, typing this with no back pain - just got back from a great gym workout - yes I am still reversing a few issues, but the trend is up. All because of Alyssa and her team helping me and guiding me in the right direction towards a better, more comfortable and enjoyable life. I've learned so much not only about how the body works, but how to correctly take care of myself when it comes to daily habits and recovery systems put in place to effectively reduce or eliminate pain in my spine and nervous system. Alyssa and her team have such a wide array of knowledge and they will do their best to make sure you're taken care of. Because that's what they did for me. I highly recommend Modern Movement Medicine to anyone who is looking to improve their lives. Will go here until either I die, or Alyssa and her team dies. Such a high quality chiropractor. Got to the clinic easy to find lots of parking. Clean, warm, and welcoming space. The staff are friendly and definitely put you at ease. I was happy with my find before session one even began. Bethany went through my history, my surgery, my post-op, and the weeks of therapy I'd already endured. She did all the measurements and went through the exercise plan I was on and of course added a few more.
