Yancy reached out promptly and scheduled a time for an on site free quote. Yancy came and quoted our yard and was so easy to work with and talked to. We were able to ask questions and get some recommendations for other things we wanted to do in our yard. Yancy provided us a quote the next day and I even asked to requote us as we had modified our plans to now redo the existing concrete in the backyard in addition to the squares. This was no problem and Yancy was able to requote us quickly! He answered all our questions related to the work and availability etc. When the crew came, they went straight to work! They were very nice and cleaned up their worksites. They also answered any questions we had. In the end, our yard turned out amazing! It's one thing to imagine it, it's another to see it in person. I called Isai from Palomera Heating and Air, and he responded within minutes and was available to come check my AC the same day. He was very polite, professional and he knew what he was talking about. Isai ended up installing a AC and Coil the very next day, for way less of what these "Big" companies charge. I knew right away that he could be trusted so I didn't even bother to get any other estimates.
