The endodontist she referred me to was great and I booked an appointment for Tuesday for a root canal. Unfortunately, I just found out on Friday after hours that they are not covered under my Medicare plan. If you have ever had severe tooth pain, you know how miserable it is! Don't expect the dentists at Machesney Park Family Dental to be sympathetic about your pain. She refused to call me in anything for pain. I've been in so much pain since last Monday and now I have to wait until this Monday to start all over again, trying to find an endodontist and somebody to help me out of this miserable pain.

I saw Dr. Lois earlier this year for an extraction, and he was equally friendly, professional, and as considerate as one can be while removing a tooth! From the moment I walk in the door, I always feel welcome and comfortable. The staff in front is quite personable, helpful, and makes me smile. All the clinical staff, be they hygienists or dental assistants, are exceptionally good at their jobs and (I can't believe I am saying this) they make a visit to the dentist fun. I highly recommend them to anyone within an hour of Whitewater.
