Not only did she fail to reply to the petition on time, she also failed to prepare an effective defense at the first hearing. Not knowing the facts, the judge granted the Temporary Restraining Order. I immediately fired her and Saraiya Law Firm and retained another competent attorney who was able to resolve the case successfully. They not only do not have the experience and competence to litigate but also are unprofessional by avoiding client calls and failing to explain their actions.
