Mosie gave a careful assessment and estimate of the project beforehand. As his crew worked on the roof, they uncovered problems the previous roofer had glossed over or just plain ignored which had caused damage to the roof. Mosie immediately informed us of the damage and the steps needed to address the problem areas, he and his crew corrected those issues, and the roof is now finished and looking great both functionally and aesthetically. Hershberger Construction was the perfect choice for reroofing our historic home as they use the latest 21st century products and techniques, but are aware of the historic way of doing things, so the roofing was done according to National Register standards. Mosie and his crew are incredibly hard-working, conscientious, and will give full value to the dollars spent on your project. Although the roofing went over estimate due to the problems uncovered, (plus a derecho, and several hurricanes that drove up the price of materials), Mosie was careful about informing us of the problems which needed to be addressed and materials price changes as they occurred, and was very fair about what he charged.
